Today this will head to Parliament for the first time as a new bill.
This is a very proud day for football fans and especially for Blackpool fans. Quite simply, without the actions taken by us and by fans of other clubs, this wouldn't be happening. We didn't just help get our previous owners out; we sincerely believe we have all helped to change football for the better.
Once we have had time to digest the details of the new legislation, we will report back in full on what it means and the implications it has going forward.
